Our role
- AVP acts as a planning and coordination service, arranging services through third-party partners.
- These partners are independent businesses and may also serve other agencies.
Partner services
- AVP is not liable for the direct acts, negligence, errors, or failures of third-party partners. AVP supports the customer in resolving such issues, but liability for the failure itself sits with the partner.
Events outside our control
- AVP is not liable for events outside its control. See the Force Majeure Policy.
Medical support
- AVP facilitates access to medical support and care but is not liable for the quality or outcome of medical treatment — that responsibility sits with the treating doctor or hospital.
Our own liability
- AVP’s own liability is limited to the professional planning and coordination service it directly provides, and is backed by AVP’s general liability and professional indemnity insurance.
- Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the service charge you paid to us. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
Travel insurance
- Customers are strongly recommended, though not required, to carry their own travel insurance.
- AVP does not provide insurance cover, and you are responsible for any costs that insurance would otherwise have covered.
