What counts as force majeure

• Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government-imposed travel restrictions, severe weather, strikes, war, civil unrest, transport disruptions, or similar events outside the control of either party.

What we do first

• AVP will first offer rescheduling.

If rescheduling is not feasible

• The service charge is converted to credit, valid for 12 months, toward a future trip.
• Partner costs are refunded or credited to the customer to the extent the respective partner allows.
