Bookings with Absolute Vacation Planner are confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance. Balance is due before travel begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation: Charges depend on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made and on hotel / vehicle supplier policies. We share a clear cancellation schedule with every quote.

Inclusions: Only services listed in your confirmed itinerary are included. Monument fees, guide charges, meals not listed, and personal expenses are extra.

Payments: We accept online and offline payment modes. Bank details / UPI are shared on confirmation. Never transfer money to unverified accounts.
