Who we are

Absolute Vacation Planner (“AVP”, “we”, “us”) is a Destination Management Company based in Rajasthan, India.

Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and travel companions’ names.
Travel preferences, budget, dates, and itinerary details.
Identity documents such as passport and Aadhaar, and your passport-size photo, where needed for bookings and safety verification.
Dietary needs and any medical or mobility information you choose to share.
Payment confirmations for bank transfer and UPI payments.
Feedback and referral information after your trip.

To plan, book, and manage your trip.
To provide trip assistance, including during emergencies.
To verify identity for hotels, cabs, and other bookings.
To handle payments, refunds, and complaints.
To follow up after your trip, collect feedback, and ask whether you can refer others.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

We share only the minimum information each partner needs to serve you.
Hotels receive ID for check-in.
Cab drivers receive your name, contact, pickup details, and passport-size photo for identity verification.
Guides receive relevant dietary and mobility notes.
Medical information is shared only if an emergency occurs, and only with those providing care.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Access to passport, Aadhaar, and medical information is restricted to the founder only, including as the team grows.
Sensitive documents are retained only for the duration of the trip plus a short buffer period, then deleted.
Non-sensitive records (name, contact details, preferences, trip history) may be retained longer to support future planning and referrals.
Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Hotels, cab operators, and guides are independent businesses with their own privacy practices. We share only what is needed and work with partners we trust, but we cannot control how they handle information once it is shared.

We do not discuss your personal details or travel plans with anyone outside what is needed to arrange your trip.

You can ask what information we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
You can ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to keep.
You can withdraw consent for optional uses, such as post-trip follow-up.
Some trips cannot be arranged without certain details, such as ID for hotel and travel bookings.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including restricting access to sensitive documents and sharing only what is necessary. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force on the date of your booking applies to that booking.
