Service charge

• The service charge is paid at the time of booking, when AVP begins itinerary work.
• Service charge by tier: Economy ₹5,000, Premium ₹12,000, or Luxury ₹25,000. The charge covers planning, coordination, and support — not hotels, cabs, guides, entry fees, meals, or flights.

Trip payment

• Once the itinerary is finalised and locked, full trip payment (hotel, cab, and guide costs) is collected before any partner bookings are made.
• Hotel, cab, and guide costs are charged at actuals.

Accepted methods

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and UPI.
